By now, you’ve heard me talk a bit about EFT tapping (here are my previous posts: intro to tapping, how it works in real life, how people feel after a session, and a real-life success).
You might still be thinking… “tapping on my face?” No thanks.
So I thought I’d break it down a little differently.
What people often think vs what it’s actually like:
Thought: This sounds weird
Reality: It does sound a bit weird. But it’s surprising how quickly it starts to feel calming, and how natural it becomes
Thought: I don’t know how to do it
Reality: That’s no problem – I’ll guide you through the whole process
Thought: I need to believe in it for it to work
Reality: You don’t. Many people come in unsure and still notice a shift
Just in the past month, I’ve helped clients find relief and clarity around things like overwhelm, people-pleasing, relationship frustration, job confusion, physical pain, and friendship dynamics.
If you’ve been navigating something similar, I’d love to help. Book your EFT session. And if you’re not sure if EFT tapping is for you, schedule a free discovery call and let’s chat!
