I'm a life coach, sister, daughter, cat mom, and dear friend. I've had Type 1 Diabetes (T1D) since 1979, diagnosed at the age of three. I've learned skills to cope with my internal negative dialogue about my T1D, defeated my people-pleasing tendencies, embraced my inner awesomeness, and now live an amazing life on my own terms. I can help you do the same, whether you have T1D or you want to live an unapologetic live on your own terms.
